CineGlobe opens Tuesday March 18th

CineGlobe opens Tuesday March 18th! Free and open to all, we hope to see many of you this year to celebrate the bridges between science and culture, to live an experience "Beyond the Frontier!"

For this 4th edition, you will discover eight programs of short films, from around the world, inspired by science. Every evening, special events will complement the festival program. The public will also have the chance to meet filmmakers and experiment with interactive experiences like BladDroid and the Emotional Arcade.

A Quick Reminder of the events not to be missed:

Wednesday, March 19, in collaboration with the Tribeca Film Institute, discover the results of the first Hackathon at CERN combining storytelling and science!

The Hackathon Story Matter, organized by CineGlobe and the Tribeca Film Institute, began Saturday morning in an electric atmosphere. 7 international and multidisciplinary teams of researchers, developers, technology experts and designers gathered at CERN yesterday morning to meet a very ambitious challenge: to create projects in 5 days based on the fusion of these different disciplines and explore new ways of telling stories often hidden behind the science.

Discover the result of this unique collaboration at the Globe on Wednesday, March 19th, from 7:30 pm. The presentation of these innovative projects will be followed by a cocktail and a chance to take them for a test ride while speaking with the creators.
