Access

The 15th edition of the CineGlobe Festival takes place at CERN Science Gateway Campus which comprises Science Gateway and the Globe of Science and Innovation

CERN Science Gateway comprises several spaces that we will be using during the festival:

  • Auditorium, set back from the main road and exhibition area
  • Globe is just 50 m from the CERN Science Gateway.

The events on Thursday 4th of June will take place entirely at the Syllepse, located at the Jardins des Nations – see access plan below

P1 – Parking nearby

Pay parking is available behind the Globe of Science and Innovation. Use of this parking lot is limited to the duration of your visit.

If this parking lot is full, you can use the pay parking lot next to the French customs at the Centre sportif de Maisonnex.

Info point in the Auditorium Foyer – Level -1.
A desk in the foyer of the Auditorium will welcome you throughout the festival.


Access the Workshops

No registration is required: simply show up at the workshop location to participate. Sessions remain continuously accessible, subject to availability.

Low-tech Cine-Science Workshops

Moviola, Tetra Pak Camera, Zoetrope, Optical Sound Reader :

On the 6th et 7th of June, from 10h to 18h


Watch the Short Films

The short film screenings in competition will take place in Auditorium A – Level 0.
If weather permits, the screenings may be held outdoors on the Piazza, located at the heart of the Science Gateway.


Food Break

The Big Bang Café follows the rhythm of particles, open continuously throughout the festival.
