Moviola Animation Workshop

Foyer

Have you always dreamed of adding a character or an element of scenery to a Hollywood film? CineGlobe has done it!

Take part in a workshop where you scratch and color real 35mm to film to make your own short animation, without a camera or audiovisual equipment. From a strip of old film, you will rework the images one by one using a small tool and/or markers, and create your own story on top of the original image.

You will then have the opportunity to see your creation projected thanks to our nearly one hundred-year-old Moviola projector. At the end of the workshop, you will get a digital version of your films and you can take your film strips as a souvenir.

All equipment provided.

Bilingual workshop (French / English).

From 8 years old (children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult).

Registration onsite every day from 11:30 at the CineGlobe Information Desk in the Science Gateway Auditorium Foyer.
