Screenings of the winning films from CineGlobe 2026!
Celebrate the winning films of CineGlobe’s 15th edition, accompanied by the jury, our first-ever youth jury from the Haute École Art et Design of Geneva, and the visiting CineGlobe filmmakers. The winners of the jury awards for Best Doc, Best Fiction Film, Best Youth Film, Best Immersive Project, and the Youth Jury Award for the film that best embodies the festival’s theme – Transitions – will be presented in their entirety.
The evening wraps up with a chance to meet the filmmakers and jury members over drinks and snacks.

| Anja Kranjc Horvat is an educational researcher and science communicator whose work bridges teacher development, public engagement, and creative storytelling. Returning to CERN in 2026 as Teacher Programmes Manager after contributing to AI-powered educational research tools at EPFL, she also creates interactive science performances for international festivals and serves as Co-Chair of the International Particle Physics Outreach Group (IPPOG). Her unique blend of science, education, and performance brings a distinctive perspective to the CineGlobe Short Film Competition jury. | Designer, author, and director. Director of the communication agency Si | Studio-irresistible in Paris, dedicated to Culture, Diplomacy, and Science projects. Visual artist within the international artist collectives The Meeting Point Project and Formats. Co-founder of the Press & Cartooning Global Forum at UNESCO. Author and director in 2023 of the animated film “Tremors”, to explain earthquakes to children, winner of 15 international awards, including Best Youth Science Film at the CinéGlobe – CERN 2024 Festival. He is developing the Épicentre project, published by Editions Quanto of EPFL Press, a multimedia collection of stories to make science accessible to children and inspire vocations for research, particularly among young girls. | Arditë Shabani is a Swiss journalist working for Radiotélévision Suisse (RTS), where she specialises in popular science and medical reporting, as well as coverage of social issues. Active in both radio and television current affairs programmes, she contributes regularly to the leading current affairs programme CQFD and the flagship health programme 36.9°. Her journalistic commitment was recognised with the prestigious Suva Media Grand Prix in 2022 for a landmark report on Parkinson’s disease. Known for her immersive field projects such as the programme Vacarme, she also produces major series such as the cosmology podcast L’écho de l’Univers. |
